Participants should plan on arriving at the form-up area around 4:30, no later than 4:45.

Form-up will begin before sunset, which is at 5:30 that evening. Depending on the number of boats and how well they have clustered into their fleets, this should happen around 5:15pm

The parade itself should last about 1 hour.
