2011 Lanier Parade of Lights has been Cancelled

With great regret, we are cancelling this year’s event due to the low water level of Lake Lanier.  As the lake level continues to fall, the number of  unmarked hazards continues to grow.  Our concern for the safety of our participants and volunteers traveling to and from the event takes precedence over our desire to hold an event despite the challenging conditions.  We greatly appreciate the support we have received thus far, and look forward to seeing everyone next year.
